ALUMINIUM CASTING
In the automotive sector, we can cast aluminum casting up to 2.5 tons in different sizes and designs. Aluminum castings are designed according to usage in the sector, through which stainless steel pipe passes, we are layed pipes in the mould and cast it into the pipe shape.
The melting aluminium is applied degassing process before every casting. Hydrogen gas is removed from melting aluminium. In this way, the porosites of appear after casting is blocked.
